How do I buy things for my appearance/avatar?
Click the Shop button on the top right of your screen, which will open Shop OnRez. If you have not viewed Shop OnRez before and have questions, view the help section at http://shop.onrez.com/help/.
Shop onRez isn't working, what do I do/who do I tell?
Chances are, we're aware the Shop is down and there is a problem to be fixed. You are welcome to contact OnRez support with an inquiry. Sometimes Second Life connection or currency issues may be the problem.
